Why isn't my site loading correctly?

I host through Hostyme and GoDaddy. I have four name servers.
My website template is powered by Blogger, but I had the same problem when I was using Webs and Weebly.

The problem is that when I first go to the site, it says "Error Loading Page".
Then, when I refresh the page, it loads perfectly fine.

Just to be clear, it's not just MY computer.
Everyone who goes to my site says it happens to them too.

It's a problem with my site.
All other sites load fine for me. It's just mine.

What's wrong with my site?
How can I fix it?
