What’s the fee schedule for managing a trust?

I understand that a trustee is entitled to an annual fee for managing an individual trust account and that there is a “schedule” applied to determine the fee – a formula something like .5% on the first $250K, .4% on the next $250K, .3% on the next $250K, etc.

Can you tell me where I can find the formula (schedule) for a trustee’s fee in both the state of New Jersey & New York?
