Multi file upload – HTML not Flash best in PHP?

Looking for a solution to upload multiple files at once, to server. I want to have a webpage where I click a button dialog box appears and from there i can select many files at once, hit upload and have some visual confirmation what was uploaded, progress, if there was an error as well where it stopped etc. It must be HTML and best working in PHP. Maybe some jQuery plugin, or any other solution. If you know the answer please show me where i can see also a demo if possible.
