Is Centrum Job Agency in UK legite?

Their site is http://www.centrumjobs.com/index.html  I'm in doubt as I have come across about the process complaints in some sites and it is the same, wherein you have to prepare your documents through a translation agency, and mine is BRIGHCCOVE and not BRIGHTCOVE, and that I would have to pay 32 euros.

I would really like to know if someone knows about this Centrum Job Agency.
