I filed on 1/15 was accepted on 1/18 for the longest I had a refund date to receive my funds on 1/31… ?

Well today I decided to call and I spoke to someone and they told me I will receive my refund on 2/1 now when I check wmr its showing a date for 2/21 ???? Do I have any chance of getting my refund on 2/1 ???
