Aestan Tray Menu has encountered a problem?

After the installation of WAMP Server (32 bit) on my laptop a Pop up window came up after clicking on start WampServer: "Aestan Tray Menu has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. if you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost".

I have checked that port 80 is not used by any program, port 80 is open.

IIS is also disable in XP.  

I also changed in httpd.conf listen 80 to something else, but this doesn't work too.

I have tried everything but nothing helps.
